I need more crystals.
Hello,

I bought the game and played it to 100% achievement completion in spring 2024, and I recently started a new Hard run after the Latest update. I had the surprise to see my followers getting PTSD from pilgrimage or resurection, something I didn't experience my last time playing. I wouldn't mind the extra burden of managing mentaly scared and zombie followers if it wasn't for the only method of ealing them requiring 10 crystals per treatment, the only source of which is to run Anchordeep. That is a huge pain. I can cure normal sickness with rest, with food, or with carmelias, which can be cultivated, but mental illness does not go away, and the follower becomes useless or worse until he's cured or dies. And the only way to cure him is for me to run anchordeep repeatedly, not even guaranteeing 10 crystals per run. Very time consuming and prevent me from running the other dungeons. Crystals don't even appear on offering altars. This is abysmal imo.

Right now, crystals are harder to aquire than bones, which are essential to rituals, but sending followers on mission to get bones now carries the risk of having them return in a useless state of torper, which is worst than having them die on the spot, because they still consume food, don't participate in the work, and if you chose to kill them anyway, they still have a chance to be ressurected as a zombie or with PTSD. This is not sustainable.

I would like more alternative source to aquire crystals. The options are there: missionary, offering altar, maybe have them appear as a rare ressource from the stone mine; or alternatively give us new ways to heal their mind, like new food, ritual, or actions from the lamb.

So please, I don't want to have to loop anchordeep forever, just to maintain the mental state of my cultist. Give me ways to heall their mind that are either cheaper or easyer to access.

Much apreciated.
HUGE response and stellar post. When I was 100%ing I also was tired of running Anchordeep over and over again. Definitely my most played area! Keep up the awesome work Devs!
