Follower Forms Can't Be Unlocked.
I have basically "beat" the game. The only thing I am missing aside from doing purgatory is the shrimp skin. I have unlocked all the other skins. My issue is I will use up all my God tears and end up unlocking a DLC skin I already own. I don't know if this is a bug or if this is supposed to be happening. I seem to be the only one with this issue from what I have read. Can someone please help or explain why this may be happening? Thank You.

You have to use gods tears to unlock all the skins. Ye some of them was dlc but all base game skins also obtainable by it. At least in my case. Check out steam manuals maybe you found there save files with 99% of skins and last one for achiv and so on.

I know some are obtained through the god tears. My issue is I am obtaining ones I already have, I am not sure if that is supposed to happen or not. I am only missing the one follower form.

If you're getting follower forms from the Merchant then by the game's logic you don't have them because if you got all of the follower forms that option goes away.

Which is why I am asking if this is a bug. From what my game is showing me. I have all the skins except the shrimp one. I can't purchase anymore either since I have bought them all as well.. The god tears are ONLY giving me the DLC skins, which already gets unlocked when you purchase the DLC.
