How do I see my Follower's Traits after I indoctrinate them?

Title says it all. I'm a new player and maybe I'm missing something, but I can't figure out how to see what traits my followers have after I've indoctrinated them, only on the indoctrination screen itself.

If you've unlocked the 'read your followers' thoughts' ability they should be under there

I hate that you can't view their traits from the list of followers. It's so tedious that you have to find and question each individual follower when you're deciding on who you want to keep/resurrect/equip, etc.

traits are very minor stuff in the long run, level is what matter since even a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ follower can do expeditions perfectly if it hight level.

I agree with this.

Like maybe I want to ascend anyone who doesn't think Poop is hilarious and lead a flock just full of weirdos who laugh any time they see poop, but to weed out the critters that aren't amused by poop, I have to manually investigate them and remember their names.

I hate remembering people's names.

I think He who Waits gives you the Read Mind ability eventually, if it's not a gift from Ratau, I sort of forget who gives it.

Yeah no way to overview them. There really should be.

I too wish traits were more impactful. They're a bit meh right now. The only one I absolutely hate is Fear of Death.
