Can followers collect poop?

So I just got myself a Janitor’s Station. It's good that my followers are cleaning up their own mess, but I noticed that they aren't putting them in the box. When I came back from the dungeon or other places, I see that the toilet has been cleaned, but there were no poop in the box. Is this a bug? or do I need a higher tier building?

There's a poop/fertilizer holder like for the seed silo. I forget the exact name. Maybe they put it in there. I haven't made that. Otherwise it seems they don't put it anywhere. It does make poop/fertilizer a bit scarce.

It'll go in your collection box where the rest of the collected items go after they clean it up.

Of course, I did get the poop/fertilizer box. It was empty. :( Same for the collection box.

They aren't. I guess mine is bugged? When I came back from the dungeon, toliets were cleaned, but there weren't any poop in the collection box.

I did get the Jantior's Station. The problem is that they aren't putting them in the collection box after cleaning the toliet.

I seem to have the same thing though my outhouses do fill up and I empty them myself(they don't do that, even with janitor) so I at least get some from that. I did get the poop holder thing now but I have to fill it myself. The scarcest resource in the game for me right now is poop, since I got the janitor station and they clean it up from around the ground. Seeing as some like to eat poop maybe that's why they don't turn it in Maybe I need to feed more poop inducing foods

I don't quite get the janitor station, is it supposed to have a radius for it? If not it really should because I've yet to see any cleaning across the center where my toilets are, gotta clean those myself.

I think they don't clean the outhouses, only what ends up on the floor. I've only really seen them clean throw up since I built the outhouse before the janitors station.

Huh, interesting. I was out of town for two days, but the toilet was barely filled. I guess they have lower poop rate when I am in the dungeon?

Or you have them in places where there's less foot traffic, I always try to place the Outhouses in high traffic areas such as the living quarters and work quarters that way people don't need to walk half way across the map just to take a ♥♥♥♥.

Kinda strange since the toilet fills up very fast when I am in the town… It only takes about half a day to fill up, but when I am outside for like two or three days, it barely fills up, about half or so.
I guess its safe to say that followers don’t poop alot when I am out bc they aren’t eating.
