The game's way too easy

I don't know about you but having 1-2second invincible time after rolling is stupid.

I literally dodge + hit all dungeons without fail, its way too easy, it's broken as hell, why?

I play on hard and die alot when not being carefull, when its to easy just play on hardest diffeculty, you don't need more than this, its not meant to be the hardest game ever created

I am having the same experience, and I switched to the hardest difficulty hoping it would be different, but it wasn't. Can't tell if it is just the combat not being balanced properly, or if it is due to the fundamental design of attack patterns.

You can find the game too easy, mainly because you can roll without any delay neither limit.
But I can assure you that you are vulnerable as soon as your roll animation is finished.
I think you are mistaking this "invincibility" after roll with the fact that you can run through any enemy without taking any damage until they perform an attack. (even the Bosses)
