Change appearance of follower?

unless you can unlock the abiltiy to later, doesnt seem like you can. I cant decide whether to have an army of cats, or let them be varied. Since you dont unlock many forms till later, be a shame if we cant change them later

Once you indoctrinated them, you can not change the looks. But no one is stopping you of getting rid of that follower and getting a new one =D
