Don't seem to be able to get them to use seeds and water consistantly?

Either there is nothing left to do (cause no crop needs water) or your farmhouse is too far away from the seeds (see the radius of the farmhouse when you're close to it).

i am having this problem right now, i have the entire farmhouse full of unwatered crops and no one dares goes near it, and when i try to force people to tend to crops it isnt available

It always says no tasks available when I try to make any of my followers tend the farms. Farms in radius and need watering yet still says no tasks. Quite frustrating

The farm house has a radius in which followers will work, if some plots are outside the radius they wont work on those!

happens to me very often, with both lumber, stone and farming. just alt f4 and reopen

u see the problem im having is that when in range they dont care, this also applies to lumber and stone, they just say task doesnt exist. tier 2 farms fixed it, but not with the lumber and stone

If followers aren't taking care of farm plots, I've found that reloading from Main Menu will usually fix it for me and get them to go back to it. Can't say if that'll help the mine though.

I had an issue yesterday where my Followers absolutely refused to go in the Stone Mine. I tried moving it around, I tried commanding them to mine stone, and they just pretended it wasn't even there.

It seems like there might be a bug where Followers just don't recognize a building you have.

I managed to fix it by destroying the old Stone Mine and building a new one. Suddenly the Followers recognized the brand-new Stone Mine and started working in it.

(and no, before you mention it, the original Stone Mine wasn't depleted)

just go back to menu and open the save again
