Shamura Follower not giving final quest

I just got Shamura back their skull relic, and I havent gotten the prompt to go cleanse it with shamura in demon form. any fixes?

Hello! This should happen 10 in-game days after completing all of the relic quests! If not you can bug report it in the pause menu
