Game suddenly started crashing

I've played these days a lot to the game for first time, I'm doing achievement hunt and want to complete the game but suddenly the game started crashing me everytime I enter the Purgatory or talk to ???...
Nothing changed on my config, I was doing purgatory normaly and even I have the 6 wins but suddenly this started...
There's any way to fix this?

For me it randomly freezes when I play for a longer period of time with some stutters that announce that its going to happen. Started in the last week or so.

I have the same issue, game freezes and/or crashes. I looked in the windows protocol thing and it says something about unityplayer.dll being faulty and the code 0xc0000005 (Access Violation from what I found online). Seems like a problem with another program (which I don't have) called Citrix. Unistalling helped a lot of people. Other than that, I don't know...

I have the same issue going on, talking to ??? and crashing after i receive a reward. Have you found any fixes?

Hey! Try switching off vsync, double check all your drivers are updated!

After a week, I've tried reinstalling, checking drivers and changing settings. Game still crashes the moment you enter purgatory. Not sure if there's any fix at this point

The same problem here, game crashes if i click any button during loading screen after crusade, or in random times, also after crusade

same issue here and i can't find something to make it stop. I bought the game the 21 and got some crashes but since i bought the dlc i get the same freeze/crash that you discribe.

Update for anyone facing this issue. Finally managed to enter purgatory without crashing after completing a few regular dungeon runs. Seems to be an edge case and a very specific bug

This worked for me, (disabling vsync) was having the same issue where i couldn't start any run without crashing

i had the same problem i think when i used to play it, ive just started it again though so ill turn off vsync and see if it calms its little goat hooves down,thanks to both of you for mentioning this.
