GOG: DLC not working

I'm having an issue with my game where the DLC are installed but aren't showing in the game. I've tried installing and uninstalling through GOG, and offline installers, I've tried clearing the appdata folder in locallow and turning overlays on and off. I'm not really sure where to go from here.

DLC's should show up automatically in the clothing/decorations tab! Double check they're not there for me? https://cult-of-the-lamb.fandom.com/wiki/DLC

Hey, so the dlc do show up. The indicators were just very weird and made it hard to tell that they were installed. It would be very helpful if it took the filled box approach, from black to white rather than transparent to black. I appreciate the response though.
