Everything else, including the other stuff in the Pilgrim's pack is completely just visual flare, nothing that affects the gameplay. The comic is awesome, BTW, both because it's a beautifully done bit of art, but also because it expands on the world, and shows off that this ISN'T everything in this world, the lands of the old faith are actually only a small part of something bigger.
Not entirely. There are some "Fleeces" included in some/all of them. Can't remember.
Basically very minor gameplay changes to the actual dungeon crawller portion.
