Twitch Integration Issue: Unholy Alliance

Hello!

We're aware some of you are having issues connecting via Twitch Integration, please try the following solution:

Custom Rewards: Delete custom rewards by going: Creator Dashboard > Viewer Rewards > Power-ups & Channel Points > Manage Power-ups & Channel Points

and then - making sure you are streaming and the category is Cult of the Lamb when trying to connect. Also sometimes going back to main menu and back into the save could solve it!

I'm also just a viewer and have watched drops enabled streams for hours, I want to say pushing a full day now. I have had my account connected. I even have been part of the Cult. The volume was up and the tab was open to the stream the entire time. Even though I claimed the drops, they have not showed up in game. I logged out and logged back in, and nothing. I verified my files. Nothing. I was going to sub for a month to get that drop, but if I am not going to get the items I am due, I won't be doing that.

Since you put actual money out, I would contact the devs or perhaps Twitch directly. That obviously isn't right, however small the reward might seem to be.

I found out what the issue was for me. Rather than it just being unlocked in the game I found the product codes in my Email that I had to enter on Steam.

That is awesome that you found a fix! I was hopeful, but nothing for me. I didn't purchase the reward pack, though. If I may, did you get the Twitch drops, too, or just the member reward?

Hi! i've been seeing this issue on all of my friend's streams, they are all able to conect to the integration and have chatters join in, help/hinder, etc.... the only thing that doesn't work is the "contribute to the cult's totem", any solution for this?

I'm sorry, but I haven't received anything! I am still getting my regular notifications from Steam (sales on my wishlisted items, etc.) but nothing with codes for watching the streams. I'm able to send a screenshot from my Twitch page where I claimed the items, if that would help.

I'm sorry, but I haven't received anything! I am still getting my regular notifications from Steam (sales on my wishlisted items, etc.) but nothing with codes for watching the streams. I'm able to send a screenshot from my Twitch page where I claimed the items, if that would help.

What is your Twitch username you claimed under? :) I'll ask someone to check

the normal drops for watch-hours worked for me, but unfortunately not the one for subscribing a streamer. Made sure to subscribe whilst they were streaming CotL and Drops were enabled. It doesn't even show up in the Drops-Panel on Twitch for me, the other rewards do.

Does it only work on specific streamers or does it just take some days?
How long did it take for your drop to register?
