Play as goat

I remember them saying we could play as the goat also so far I've only found a way to play as goat as player one while having a second player. I was under the impression we could play as the goat solo also. Unless km missing a setting someplace

unlock the goat fleece after you unlock corrupted relics/tarots by being defeated in a dungeon. After that its in the crown menu.

update: If that doesn't work, try enabling co-op first - seems like something in the coding got switcharoo-ed and this is unlocking it

Ohh, I see..That's a little unfortunate. I was hoping it'd be comparable to some other games that'd allow it as an option when starting a new save.

Yah I started a new save so kinda bummed it wasn't an option out the gate but the cult of goat can wait for its leader to show up

Ahh I'm bummed about that as well. I thought when we were told that we could play as the goat that we could start a new game *as* the goat. Not that we had to beat the game and get to post game content (since beating the boss is technically the end of the game) before we can play as the goat. Not only that, but only if we use the fleece which means that you lock yourself out of all the better fleece options

*laughs* Well that's unfortunate. I erased my previous saves thinking I could start over as The Goat. Oh well. Still a very good game.

Can you change it so that we can *start* the game as the goat? Don't even need to change any of the dialog or anything, just at least have it an option when we start up the game like the other options

Just have it say the game is originally designed around the lamb but play as the goat in a non canon fun alternative. That way you don't need to re-code or reword anything but let people play from the start as the goat

Change the fleece of the goat to the fleece of the lamb and you're set

side bonus on the new save i can just tank it to easy and turn on unlimited hp and fervor and rush to goat
