Thinking about buying

Hey guys,
I'm thinking about buying this game while it is on sale. Do i need the DLC or can i enjoy it as a vanilla experience? Thanks in advance.

I just bought it 2 days ago for the Local co op .
I always buy all DLC's just in case . so I don't have to wonder .
From what I've gathered so far the dlcs are def not necessary at all.
It's Only Cosmetic and doesnt affect anything .
It does say "New Quest lines" but i don't know what it means and what it is and if it adds any value

The new questline in the Pilgrim Pack is a quest related to the comic included in the pack. This is the only DLC with any content. The rest are purely cosmetic.
