If you remote play, can P2 access my DLC's?
I would like to play with a friend and i have DLCs that they don't. Is it like Risk of Rain, where if one person has the DLC, everyone can still access the content? Does hosting vs. joining have an affect?

Remote play is literally streaming your game across the internet to play local multiplayer. They don't even need to own the game.
