Followers Not Farming

I’ve upgraded everything that has to do with farming, and I have all my seeds and fertilizer ready to go. But when my plots are empty and I ask a follower to farm, nothing happens. Anyone found an answer to this?

So...you have level 2 farms placed, seed storage (filled with seeds so the followers take from them to put in), a fertilizer storage (optional), and yet your followers choose not to do anything? Because the level 2 farm is what gets them to be active with the crops, and the seed storage is what gets them to plant and start maintaining them, so if you have both of those and they aren't doing anything, it's likely either a bug, or maybe they're too far apart but I doubt you have them spaced a ton.

To be clear, the level 2 farms have a radius around them that followers will work with

The dirt tiles I have for my farms is that radius, if OP has ANY plots outside of that then the followers will not do anything.

Thank you! I realized the problem was my outhouses. I moved them close to the farm plots and now it's perfect!
