Is there hard limit of 1 Golden Skull Necklace per save?

It would make sense if the devs wanted to limit the number of immortal cult members, but I want to give Aym and Baal immortality and I can't say for sure if there's a limit. I already got a Golden Skull necklace, and Aym has already reached old age. Has anyone been given multiple Golden Skull necklaces?

No limits exist whatsoever, just keep trading with ??? (whatever you chose to name him), and you'll get them over time. Notably, your odds are better when you've gotten every doctrine, follower form, and blueprint possible from him, as from there, you will always have a 1 in 4 chance of getting the golden skull necklace.

I have not been able to see another golden skull necklace pop up in the wheel after 100 tries .

All my disciples and like 5-6 others also have the skull necklace. It's the rarest, but that is the only good one...
