crashes in the temple when opening doctrines, crashes after upgrading, crashes in crusade after boss battle resulting in a big annoying restart.

Save File Location on Mac: From Finder up top, hit Go > Go to Folder... which will default to Library, then hit Application Support > Massive Monster > Cult of the Lamb > saves. Your first save slot is called "slot_0.json" your second is "slot_1.json" and the third is "slot_2.json".

Log Files Location on Mac: From Finder up top, hit Go > Go to Folder... which will default to Library, then hit Application Support > Massive Monster > Cult of the Lamb. Please send the Player and MMLog files.

I've been having the same problem, (not sure about boss battles yet tho, havent gotten that far). Same specs for my computer as well.

I have an even crazier issue, after I do the first room (after talking to the rat guy), after I get the coin the game freezes and I don't know what to do

I think it's happening when I press tab to open the inventory, I'm on mac.

Great to hear this is being actively looked at. Hope to see a fix soon. It seems the freeze can be avoided by pressing F rather than TAB to close the inventory (among other screens) but even knowing that I have instinctively pressed TAB by mistake a number of times. Seems not to be a problem with the PC version.

its been a pretty big one thats been stoppin me from starting the game

Been encountering issues with game becoming unresponsive on MacBook Pro M2 with 16GB RAM.

Happens when picking unlocking a new doctrine or upgrade from collected devotion.
Additionally, checking the doctrine list and backing out causes the player to run in place at the alter without option to back out without resetting (happens with or without controller connected).

Fixes would be great. Happy to provide logs or save data to help address this.

Game crashes when opening Doctrine tab.

However, if I play from my PC, no problems with crashing so far, just on my Mac devices, as well as my partners Mac device. Same specs as mine.

One workaround on Mac that has helped getting around the freezing on upgrades: in full screen mode, Command-Tab to another app (Finder) and then back.

This doesn’t resolve the issue where picking the doctrines Option in the temple to do thing like, change cult name, causing the player to run in place and cannot open any menus without quitting with command-Q.
