i need help there are some missing and i cant do the achievement

A few forms worth mentioning - you can get a lot from trading God tears to ???, you can get one from feeding followers bowls of poop, there's a snail statue in every NPC interactive area (spore grotto, smuggler's santuary, midas' cave, etc.), placing all snail statues gives you the snail, Webber is unlocked when you get a skull from a spider and bury it, placing the Massive Monster shrine and praying to it in the dark gives you a form.

Those are just a few to list, if you already have all of the ones from ??? and have done those, just know that DLC (paid for) follower forms are not required.

you have to do all the fox requests and the halloween event for skins as well
