Is there something I can do about my Leshy?
Is there some way to tame the hot tempered trait at all? I can't let my Leshy run free for more than a few seconds without him trying to start fights and kill everyone, and he seems to have an abnormally high rate of both starting and winning these fights even moreso than I've seen from other cult members who got Hot tempered as a trait.

It's at the point I have to constantly send him on missionary trips to keep him from killing my other cult members, or keep him in prison, which is just no fun to have to constantly deal with him every moment. He even killed my Narinder at some point. How does he kill an immortal god? I wish I could just use intimidate to scare the hot tempered out of him or something.

It's at the point where I'm considering letting him die even though I wanted to keep my Bishops forever trapped in my cult, but he's just such a pain. Is anyone else having this issue?

Considering you say he has the "hot tempered trait (I've never encountered it yet), if you have the reindoctrination upgrade from your shrine, I might be wrong when I say this, but I think using it also changes their traits. Fact of matter is that I haven't used it, but I assume that would be the measure to take.

Only other thing I can think of is to scream and scare him until he becomes afraid to do much and needs to be comforted, but I'm not sure if that would fix the trait he has.

I believe all the bishops have randomized traits. My Leshy has all negative traits, but not the hot tempered one since I got him before the sins of the flesh update (I'm assuming you didn't). Unfortunately, I don't think there's any way to change the traits, but if you want Leshy (and if you wan't to get the achievements relating to his quest line), you can always kill him and then mess with the game coding to give a different follower the Leshy skin/name, and it should still be Leshy (and give you the quests and whatnot).

I'm not an expert, but unfortunately I don't think you have many options. Hopefully you figure something out - the hot tempered trait is super difficult to deal with (I sacrifice all of my hot tempered followers almost immediately, lest they kill my other followers for no reason).

I've never been able to use the reindoctrination shrine because I've never been able to fully clear my que of new followers. I always get more of them then I have beds for (since I'd probably have over 80 followers if I just let them all join at once) so I just let them sit there waiting to be indoctrinated until I need a new follower. It helps that they don't seem to start aging until indoctrination since I had one sitting there for nearly 50 days and it said they were still 23. Due to this I probably have about 20-30 or so followers backed up on that thing, which means it's never let me use it to do anything else. I guess I'll check that out after I've finally cleared that que, but it will take many days of in game time to stagger it in a way where my 50 beds will be enough.

Sorry I don't know how to mess with game code and feel like if I tried I'd break the game. His questline has already been finished. I just wanted him to be within my cult due to the role playing aspect of keeping all the Bishops in eternal servitude under me.
I did test the reindoctrination stone and can confirm it does not change traits but i did do it on a guy who is not leshy but im still sticking with a no also for the record it was yarlen from a dlc
