Follower Relationships

While using the Mating Tent I noticed that there are bonuses and penalties for the relationships between followers.

How can I influence followers to befriend each other, and more importantly, can I make followers who are enemies towards each other neutral or even have them befriend one another?

I haven't seemingly noticed how they are more likely to become friends or lovers, but I know that having multiple spouses is likely to make them enemies.

I just realized this myself... I'm not sure how to feel honestly.
