my game crashed because a follower took a poo inside the temple

it was hilarious to me too until I realized I lost Baal because of it. the game didn't save after i got him, and before i crashed

also when one of the boss show up and try to talk to me my game froze and forced me to end task.
once more after i beat a boss and it froze during load screen.

also my game has never behaved like this b4 seth update.

I've concluded that the reason this even happens is because you summon everyone for a cermon/ritual JUST as someone finished eating because time still passes when inside the temple's interior meaning whatever your followers are doing when they get summoned will still happen.

yeah this is what happened. they make vomit/poo sounds just before the crash happened, and this is when i summon them to a ritual.

time to pray i never hear the noise again after summoning a sermon/ritual/doctrine

Now that you mention my game DID freeze when Shamura was about to talk to me during Crusade. It froze for like 10-15 seconds i thought the game died but it continued normally afterwards without me needing to kill the process.

Oh it never crashed for me either, I just have a conclusion as to why vomit/poop would appear in the temple's interior thanks to my own experimentation because it's possible to see followers carrying items from their jobs as well, like for example the wood/stone from the mines when you summon them.
