Twitch Integration Known Issues & Workaround

Hi Folks!

We're aware there are currently issues with Twitch Integration and the configuration screen. We're working on a fix, for now here is a temporary workaround:

1. Reconnect using https://cultofthelamb.com/twitch/connect/game

2. After clicking the link, please go to your creator dashboard, then viewer rewards, then channel points, then manage rewards, and you should be able to configure everything there.

3. If you are experiencing the issue where the game says they’re signed in to twitch but the follower raffle and twitch totem aren’t showing up in-game, make sure you are actually streaming and that the channel category is set to Cult of the Lamb.

If you are experiencing an issue other than this, please report it in the bug report form in-game in the pause menu in the first instance, so we can investigate.

Okay heres an issue with that, in game it suggests configuring prior to going live... I have this issue and have tried reconnecting the game, several times. follower raffle worked, totem showed, channel points didnt work for totem, i deleted everything (including the redemptions under Twitch Dashboard) and reset everything and now my channel points DO NOT show up at all after reintegrating. i did this LIVE and not live. i seriously need help.

How can you reconnect the integration?

Ive played this afternoon and my viewrs could sign for the raffle and got the option to Help me on dungeons etc.. every thing seem to work perfect except the totem contribution. They contribute with channel points but the totem is always empty.

Hello! You need to do the second step in my reply -
After clicking the link, please go to your creator dashboard, then viewer rewards, then channel points, then manage rewards, and you should be able to configure everything there. If this continues to not work, please file a bug report in game.

hi having some issues with logging into the extention through the game for some reason when i go to click it; it does nothing i tried reverifying the game file uninstalling i used the link you used but it still says ingame i am not connected

Even with using your link, and configuring it still does not work. I have configured, I have signed in and out. But it is still not allowing me to do raffles and have my chat interact at all

Hi! We're working on a proper fix without using the link so you may need to wait for that first unfortunately if it's not working for you

Hello! I have been having issues with getting the configuration screen to show up in my twitch extensions to even configure it in the first place. I have tried it in different browsers, all cookies are enabled, live and not live, and even on different pcs and nothing worked. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you! Also I uninstalled and reinstalled it so many times.

Hello! The configuration screen is not working at the moment, if you follow the steps indicated in the post you can configure everything that would usually be in the screen on Twitch itself.

My issue is that everything is correct except for cultists being able to send me a message in game. I can not find the redeem for that option and I can't find anything addressing that specific issues.

I dont think so however it will try to add channel points to the channel (it does help to be affiliate)

If we have been using the Twitch Extension prior to today's update, are there any steps needed to be able to keep using it for the new version of the game? I saw the announcement mention viewers needing to pre-select their follower look, but I don't know if I need to do anything as a streamer. Thanks!

Heyo! Try the following if its not working:

Custom Rewards: Delete custom rewards by going: Creator Dashboard > Viewer Rewards > Power-ups & Channel Points > Manage Power-ups & Channel Points

and then - making sure you are streaming and the category is Cult of the Lamb when trying to connect. Also sometimes going back to main menu and back into the save could solve it

I have a new channel and I am not a twitch partner, can my friends and new viewers participate without awards?
