Tiny poop guy

i cleaned up a poop and now its got a tiny face and legs? its just wondering around, it attended a sermon! i cant talk to it, when it turned night it looked like it was trying to find a bed to sleep in. i have screen shots but idk how or if i can link them or something. I cant find anything about this little dude online either. i just wanna say hi to the teeny dude :/

Edit: I saved, returned to menu, got back into my save and now its gone! I still dont understand why or how it came to life, maybe its cuz my mop/broom is max level?(cuz theres a level now)
