Edit: I'm a dumb dumb, the number of ritual slots would certainly indicate so.
Worth it
Substances Encouraged
All Cult members will gain the Substances Encouraged Trait. Gain 20 Faith when Brainwashing Ritual is performed. - this is net gain, 20 Faith when you preform the ritual
Belief in Prohibition Trait
All Cult members will gain the Prohibitionist Trait. Increase work speed and devotion generation by 10% but 50% chance of Followers becoming sick after the Brainwashing Ritual.
- Now this is where it became a bit of a gamble, PARMANENT 10% work speed and devotion is a no brainer. BUT if you preform the ritual (well, you will gain 20 Faith) after it ends, that 50% could lead to an epidemic.
Not really a problem if you asks me, since probbably you sit a tons of flowers and have a sick bay to heal them ASAP
Depends how often do you want to use the Ritual?
If you use it on cooldown? Probbably still worth to have it, because holly hell, PARMANENT 10% work speed and devotion! With a little downside with the may or may not became sick after it ends thing
If you only use the ritual when a follower asks you for a quest or when you want to do something really nasty (ressurect, glutony ritual, enritchment ritual, everything and more that makes your Faith plummet) and first after the Sermon/maxed out Faith to lock it?
Then it is not question, worth it or not... if you can deal with a potential epidemic, then you are good to go
Tho' the wiki states "When both doctrines are declared using Forgotten Commandment Stones, the illness chance of Belief In Prohibition is disabled, leaving only the stat boosts."
This is not really the case, but that may or may no be a bug
