is my propaganda speaker bugged?

hi everyone.

older posts are talking about an speaker-icon aboce a followers head, when they are in reach of an propaganda speaker.
as you can see in the screenshot, my purple follower is in range od the propaganda speaker, but doesnt have the icon

is this a bug? was the symbol removed? or am i missing something? and yes, the speaker is powered.
