How worth it is this game?

Played the demo and had fun but not sure if I'm too big a fan atm. I'm interested but not sure if it's worth the price?

Even brought the DLCs, not because I need any follower skin or deco, but to support the creators for the awesome game <3

Within 2h combat was pretty simplistic and repetitive at least boss battles change every time. Building base reminds me of Don't Starve so that's cool. Paid $6 for it so i can't complain especially since this game gets updated every few months and i see new big update is going to come pretty soon. Game has really nice atmosphere, a lot of stuff to unlock, art and music i just hope that combat going to get more enjoyable with time.

Yeah I can see the resemblance, I played it for about an hour or so last night and was having fun. Seems worth it so far, nice evening game tbh lol

yea I can see myself getting quite a few hours in as well, I'm hoping with future updates (or maybe I'm just bad) combat gets a little better. It's not bad but I'm having issues with dodging because seeing enemies and their attacks is difficult

Quite honestly, I have trouble dodging as well... I can't really avoid damage consistently!
I just hack and blast at things til they die lol

I have a horrible hand-eye coordination, so the no damage on the Bishops was a REAL challange!
Frustrating one
I must confess, only with the 8 sec invicibility from the Skull relick I could do Kalamar and Shamura, with lucky a neat Tarot card combinations
Still, the game is awesome in my book <3

lmao that's what I've been doing, mostly just dodge away when I get a hit or two and hope for the best and run in and out of enemies lol

yea it seems pretty good so far, only got an hour in though lol. Keep getting distracted by that new portal mod that released recently

I ended up buying this at full price and have zero regrets. That being said, you can always add it to your wishlist so Steam will let you know when the next sale drops. Either way, highly recommended. Sooooo hard to put down!
