Only once I pressed A it respond. Then nothing.
Tried both xbox controller and ps5 controller both not working.
works well on other game.
In some other games that claim to support dualsense it only works with steaminput in wireless not without while plugged in via usb it works as it should, which kind of defeats the purpose of a wireless controller.
Not sure if this is a steam issue, however my dualsense is being picked up in wireless, and on latest firmware.
I am on Windows 11
Dualsense support is kind of buggy by looks of it not all games support it while claiming it works, probably only took usb connection into consideration not bluetooth.
Check if it works when plugged in via usb and if it does not work without usb and haven't tried wireless yet try that as well and report back.
It not work for me :(
If you go to steam > settings > controller do you see any controller there and if its there i assume begin test registers inputs ?
Yes, everything is getting better. I also tried it through a wire, I also tried an XBox One controller - it didn’t work either
-Right-click the game in your library and select Properties
-Under the General tab, uncheck "Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game"
-Under the Controller tab, set the override to "Disable Steam input"
Can anyone help?
Thank you
I got ps5 controller. I did update it with normal console recently, so software is updated. I don't own a console tho. I play mainly on PC. I did change settings to - 'enable in games w/o support'. Tested it and all. Works in all games normally, beside Dark Souls 3. But using Big Picture mode with enabling in games w/o support vis Steam seems to fix it for DS3.. I also play on cable and in worst case(controller not working/initalizing) I have restart PC with it connected. Unless it's low on energy - charge first..
I'm using 2 PS5 controllers in MacOS M2.
Go to Steam > Preferences > Controller:
In "PlayStation Controller Support" use "Not Enabled"
Now when you enter the game you'll be able two play with two players
