Fishing?
What are the odds that of the hundreds of fish I've caught, I've never once seen an octopus, only seen squid twice, and seen swordfish like 6-7 times. I just want to complete the quest to give the guy fish, and I can't get the octopus.

There's some issues with spawn rates that will be fixed in the next big patch. It's not impossible to catch them but it can take a long time.
