Vampiric Weapons

Do these actually work or are they bugged? I tried using it against the final boss but never got any health back for killing the summoned minions. Also if anyone has any tips on defeating the final boss I'd like to know

I believe it states its a CHANCE for health on kill not outright health on kill, as for tips the most I can say is try for godly weapons (vamp weapons being a close second) and see if you can get Hounds as your spell because that spell will make the final stage a breeze.

It works, but random chance, most of time they rarely pop out, but I uselly go for a long retrek kill all follower bosses then go and rekill main boss.
Had soo many hearts for heket pop up everywhere.
It stung me as I got hit at last moment as I was trying to get achievement for no damage and all these hearts are everywhere 💔.

Pretty sure the health with a vamp weapon doesn't spawn a heart when it procs it just straight up heals you if you needed the health similar to the card that grants you armor from kills.

Oh my word, been playing all this time thinking the vampiric weapons dropped hearts instead of healing directly, must be a card or something dropping hearts after kills?

Went and looked up wiki, my bad.

You might have mistakened one of the relics for the vamp's effects because some relics that have a chance of dropping hearts such as armor/diseased from their respective relics or you had a demon that specifically is meant to bring you health at random intervals.

% chance is proabably too low i havent had much luck with them, i prefer the poison weapons personaly
