Twitch integration not working

I did everything I needed, pressed the necessary buttons in the game, installed the twitch extension, turned on the overlay, the extension icon is visible on the broadcast, but my viewers cannot become followers.
I tried uninstalling and installing the extension, the game, restarting the broadcast, but nothing helps.
Other games, such as marble on stream, all work without problems, but here it was not possible to set it up.
Help please, thanks!

So it's all about the channel's points? Or.. I don't understand) I went to the guys from my region and it works fine for them. There are no points on the channel.. but subscribers can create characters

Hello! As a summary comment, just want to make sure everyone with issues has followed the following steps:

1. Reconnect using https://cultofthelamb.com/twitch/connect/game
2. After clicking the link, please go to your creator dashboard, then viewer rewards, then channel points, then manage rewards, and you should be able to configure everything there.
3. If you are experiencing the issue where the game says they’re signed in to twitch but the follower raffle and twitch totem aren’t showing up in-game, make sure you are actually streaming and that the channel category is set to CotL.

Is the configuring your extension just for the channel points? Cause i was trying to play last night and nothing worked - and i did like others here and refreshed/restarted stream the extension etc.

I *was* in special events, so i will try again with the COTL game category, but i mostly want people to make their own members. The extension showed on the right hand side of the stream but didn't seem to do anything (Or what i have seen of it on other streams, with showing the members/other things) And when i go into the configuration it is just blank.

I'm having intermittent issues with Twitch integration. Sometimes the follower raffles work fine, sometimes someone wins the raffle but can't start/finish creating their follower, and sometimes the raffle doesn't show up at all. When I first linked, I got several Twitch rewards from the totem (possibly backlogged from a previous cult where I wasn't getting them?) but none of the points that people have been donating to the totem have counted since.

So I can't configure anything, uninstall, reinstalled the game, the extension. I checked on chrome, firefox and edge and it's just a blank screen. how can I configure?

Just had a friend with the same issue and wound up on this thread. Try what the dev recommends. Might not fix the config menu for the extension in the Twitch Creator Dash but seems to have worked for her.

Thanks I'll give it a try when I stream it again on sunday(sinner sunday haha). cause I've been having for a few months now issues where folx contribute to the totem but it doesn't get recognized. I've been 7/10 with totem contributed for the past few weeks now haha.

However nothing is fixing it - deactivating/reactivating, uninstalling/reinstalling, doing those with the game open/closed, offline or live... My viewers were able to join and create their followers, but they are not able to give to the totem nor were they ever asked to help/hinder. The link suggested above by the developer does not work and just leads to this 404 message: {"status":400,"message":"invalid semicolon separator in query"}

Are there any updates on a fix to this issue??

Hey! It's opening correctly for me and others. Are you definitely logged into Twitch already on the same browser?

My main default browser is google chrome so whenever I reconnect the game it opens my google browser. But I've checked on other web browsers(firefox, edge). I've also had my VPN off and my ad blocker off however nothing ever appears on the twitch page for the extension. I've tried logging out of twitch and logging back in. clearing my cache and cookies. but it still comes up blank on the twitch creator dashboard as shown in the imgur.

Did you use the very first link the dev put up (the one with a long string of code/numbers) or the or the second, which links directly through the CoTL domain name? They were having an issue posting it the first time around.

I've worked on debugging this for a few smaller Twitch streamers, and I think I have found a consistent solution that has been working for each of them every time:

1. Quit Steam completely
2. Hit the endpoint the dev mentioned:
https://steamcommunity.com/app/1313140/discussions/0/3815166007138897650/#c6689601154223560892
3. Occasionally this will fail so just hit it again and it should work the second time
4. Restart Steam and the game
5. At this point everything should be working, and the "Cult Followers" list will appear on the stream

Note: Your viewers may need to refresh the browser after this is done.
