Zzz sign and Gifts

During playthrough I saw a Zzz sign. As I found out it means that one of cultists is tired and wants to sleep. But I gifted that cultist with a talisman that make him work 24/7 so he doesn't need to sleep. Even when I order him to sleep, he ignores it. WTF? And how can I see which gifts I gave to which cultist?

You literally see the necklace around well their neck, so the moon necklace should be one you're looking for.

Well here's my question to you first, are you sure it's them that needs the sleep? Because cultists with the necklace will have the tired look but won't actually be exhausted unless you feed them something that makes them exhausted.

Yes, that cultist looks tired but never sleeps because of the talisman. I checked others - they look fine to me.

That's the necklace making them appear tired is part of the necklace's affect after a day of wearing it, unless they have the ZZZs above them, they aren't it. The game's usually good at informing you which followers are suffering from what debuff like exhaustion as even their body language can be used as a tell.

Well a good hint for anyone suffering from exhaustion is to look around for anyone just sleeping anywhere in your camp as if they don't have a bed to sleep in, once that exhaustion bar fills up they will drop on the spot and sleep the rest of the day away so even if the debuff itself isn't above them if you see someone asleep during the day they were the ones suffering from exhaustion so just let them sleep and the debuff will be corrected on its own.
