Can I use PS4 button icons in full release?

....just for clarification, "rebinding" is not what the OP asked about. Rebinding implies changing button functionality. OP is asking if a Dual Shock user will have to suffer dealing with xbox button prompts. Like we have had to for 90% of the games we play.

Ohhh okay, and no worries if you use a PS controller youll have that layout. THO sometimes steam tends to be weird regarding that and you have to go into Big Picture and disable PS configuration support for it to actually show. But we will do our best so the players dont need to do that.

Excellent. That is fantastic news. Yeah, Big Picture and its controller support weirdness is its own beast, but if given the option to pick the layout manually from the settings seems to usually work out better rather than it act as an automatic thing, but the fact you will support is is great news.

Hold on now I'm confused, will you provide the option in the options menu to display different controller layout buttons?
Because 90% of hte time, ps4 controllers over bluetooth require steam support on. This forces the game into thinking your controller is an xbox controller. Hence why a configurable option is important.

I don't know if you're still dealing with this, but I disabled Steam Input for Cult of the Lamb and boom: DualSense buttons.

Now with new Update start playing with my wife and "disable PS configuration support" worked just fine to switch on PS5 buttons!

Also: amazing game <3
