honestly i cant even run the game! its laggy like SUPER laggy. really disappointed (edit dont forget to update your drivers the game is great)

It's because they don't like to think that maybe their equipment is the problem, you'll see the same response from them "I have a banger of a rig yet it can't run insert game here at max settings" video games are constantly evolving in technology and as a result people's computers have to evolve with them in order to even keep up, sure there's cases where a game is poorly optimized but OP's literally the ONLY ONE I've seen make this complaint so chances are, it's not the game being poorly optimized that's at fault here.

I'm a little bit surprised that this Game takes as much processing power as it seems to, given its relatively simple graphics. I don't have any lag during normal Gameplay, but it does slow down significantly whenever I bring up the Upgrade Menus.

Usually whenever that becomes a problem, its best just to tone down the Graphics. That solves any lag issues most of the time for me. As for this one, it's not impacting my experience too much being a little bit slow in Upgrade Trees.

all good now its running great on max graphics just needed to upgrade drivers

Yeah, I've turned down the graphics to lower settings and most of the game runs well, but there's something on the Upgrade Menus that slows everything to a crawl.

Probably still has something to do with your systems, because other than the opening week of launch I never got that after patch 1.0.6 which helped with stabilizing the game.

There is one glaring issue I've noticed, and that's the menu system for which you spend your devotion on. That menu is always super laggy no matter what settings you choose, and I have more than enough hw to run it and even updated my GPU driver today (since everyone on this forum kept parroting it).

Before the parroted "what's ya specs" is uttered:

i7-6700k
GTX 1080ti 11gb
16gb DDR4
5x SSD's

Everything else within the game runs buttery smooth, but the devotion menu absolutely does not.

agreed for me its mainly settings screen

Decided to try out the game after a long break for the new content, and everything runs fine, except the screen where you spend your devotion points is still super laggy...

It is by far the weirdest issue I have ever seen in any game in years. normally I'd expect general gameplay lag or stuttering, but not a single specific menu tech tree.

Hey! Could you fill in a bug report in game? You can do that in the pause menu, if you tap on the lil bug icon. We'll take a look and see why this is happening :)
