At what point does the tutorial end?

I have a case of restartistis but I'm wondering... when does the tutorial end and the normal gameplay begin?

I'd say just after doing the first ritual where the tutorial NPC leaves you.

I'd say after the first Bishop fight technically, the entire first Dungeon is basically one big Tutorial.
