Is the manual available anywhere

It's been a LONG time since I played but I remember the manual had some more storyline/ world building details that aren't mentioned in game. is there some way to find it?

It's in the main directory where Sin is installed however it's an MHT file and not very compatible with like anything but Internet Explorer apparently. (I don't have IE installed anymore so i can't check as to if it even displays correctly)

GOG version had the good sense of including the manual in a proper PDF format.
