Triclopus + Sauce Marconnaise + Breaded Spider Leg + Breaded Spider Leg
The resulting dish has 1376 Vigor, 48 Spirit, and 40 Sophistication. If you use it with a 5x vigor multiplier for leveling, you'll jump 6-8 levels with a single dish.
Once you have access to it, use Spirit Potato Sauce instead of Marconnaise. This brings Vigor to 1848 points (possibly a bit more if you catch all the red bubbles from the sauce).
Much less potent, but really easy to get at a very early stage:
Ghostato + Spectral Chutney Sauce + Biclopus (or anything else with the "Sea" property) + Special Dough
The resulting dish has 10 Vigor, 22 Spirit, and 183 Sophistication. Combine with a 5x Sophistication multiplier. This is by far not strong enough for "powerleveling", but I found it quite useful because all the ingredients are available early on and easy to get, even in large numbers: no meat, all plant except one fish, and you don't lose much if you use a different fish (you could even use seaweed if you don't like fishing).
