Power Leveling Recipes ~SPOILERS~
If you need to level up quickly and have access to Epic Bait and Spider farm focus on activities that get yellow to max, with as much as bule and red as you can get, and then Combine Spider meat and 2 Legendary Crabs. (make sure that all the yellow is out of each ingredient before moving to next ingredient) Usually comes out to somewhere around 700 total score for me but i use sauces on even basic meals. You can also boost this in a variety of ways with what ever sauces you have on hand. I went from 40 to 60 without really trying.

If you don't have access to Spider meat or Epic Bait. The best meal i found before that was Cucumber Squid/Sand, Surimi, Pink Dough.

Cucumber Squid and Sand Blow fish are pretty much interchangeable if you don't want to go the extra mile/coin for sand Blow fish there is only a 10 point difference between the two.

Also at Early/Midgame (before Spider unlock) you could go for Pufferfish+ Erwin Fruit or Evil Mandragona+ Legendary Crab
For Endgame Dragon Egg+ Legandary Crab+ King Squid (or Dragon Egg depending on Level)

Once you've unlocked the second synergy for both the Triclopus and the Breaded Spider Leg:

Triclopus + Sauce Marconnaise + Breaded Spider Leg + Breaded Spider Leg
The resulting dish has 1376 Vigor, 48 Spirit, and 40 Sophistication. If you use it with a 5x vigor multiplier for leveling, you'll jump 6-8 levels with a single dish.

Once you have access to it, use Spirit Potato Sauce instead of Marconnaise. This brings Vigor to 1848 points (possibly a bit more if you catch all the red bubbles from the sauce).

Much less potent, but really easy to get at a very early stage:
Ghostato + Spectral Chutney Sauce + Biclopus (or anything else with the "Sea" property) + Special Dough
The resulting dish has 10 Vigor, 22 Spirit, and 183 Sophistication. Combine with a 5x Sophistication multiplier. This is by far not strong enough for "powerleveling", but I found it quite useful because all the ingredients are available early on and easy to get, even in large numbers: no meat, all plant except one fish, and you don't lose much if you use a different fish (you could even use seaweed if you don't like fishing).
