So that we can better understand the problem and recommend a solution, we would like to request that you please send us your DxDiag information via the steps below:
- Hold down the Windows Key and press R, the Run dialogue should appear > Type dxdiag in the available text field > Click OK
- Click Save All Information > Save the file DxDiag.txt to your Desktop so it is easy to find
- Copy the link to your post
Get back to us when you can.Open the .txt file, copy all the contents > Paste all the contents to a free text hosting service such as http://justpaste.it or http://textuploader.com. (If you are over the character limit, feel free to share this in multiple links)

Please check for pending updates for your system via the steps below:
- Select the Start button
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update
- Select Check for updates
- After installing the update, select Check online for updates from Microsoft Update
Let's also check that your AMD drivers are up to date:- Go to http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Pages/auto_detect.aspx
- Install ‘AMD Driver Autodetect’ application.
- Select yes on to allow the application to run if the prompt appears.
- Select ‘Download Now’ and follow the steps to install the driver.
- Restart your computer, if necessary after the installation of drivers.
We also see someother crashes, so to reveal any possible issues with your Windows system, we would like to recommend that you please attempt the following actions:- Open the Windows Start Menu
- Type “cmd”
- Right-click on Command Prompt > Run as administrator
- Type “sfc /scannow” without the quotes
- Press Enter
- If the process has revealed/resolved and issues, please attempt to run the game again

i have the same problem, i've updated system, drivers, and checked things you recommended and it's still not working.

It looks like you are using a version of Windows that may create issues when running videos/intros.
But the good news is that installing the official Media Feature Pack from Microsoft may fix that problem.
To do this please go to this page and follow the instructions:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/mediafeaturepack
If the issue still persists, then please open your system settings and try to add the Media Feature Pack manually:
Navigate to Settings > Apps > Apps and features > Optional features > Add a feature, and then locate Media Feature Pack in the list of available optional features.
Note: Although you are not prompted to restart your computer, you must restart in order to successfully complete the installation of the Media Feature Pack.
