This is the information they are looking for.
that guy copied the minimum system requirements. the devs are asking for your configuration.
have you verified the game files?
Other than that, you can try the following and see if the game runs better afterwards:
1. Check if your C: drive is not full.
2. Check your antivirus – it sometimes prevents games from launching by putting game files into quarantine.
3. Click "Verify file integrity" in game's properties on Steam like lx mentioned: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2037-QEUH-3335
The game locks up right when it goes from the credit page into the first loading screen.

P.S: I've also tried purging the OccupyMars folder in Appdata/locallow to no avail.
Could you send us your log file? It's located in this directory:
%userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\PyramidGames\Occupy Mars (for the demo; or OccupyMars-Prolog for the Prologue, either one is fine if you encountered the same issue in both)
If you can't locate the AppData folder via File Explorer, press Windows + R and paste the directory above into the box that pops up. This will take you to the game folder, where you'll need to grab "output_log" or "Player" text file (again, depending on the version of the game). Send it to us to contact@pyramid.games and we'll do our best to figure it out.
Thank you!
Thank you! It has been forwarded to dev team and as soon as we have a solution, we'll let you know.
