Where to find Oxygen?
Are there any oxygen tanks that actually produce oxygen? If so, please tell me.

You can produce Oxygen in many different ways:
* Sabatier Reactor connected to the Well
* CO2 Scrubber device inside the base
* the plants which grow in your HAB also produce oxygen
* there are also some oxygen bottles inside the Rover's cabinets
