As for the Oxygen bottle, I'm still trying to figure that out.
there is also a thing to mention about putting batteries in-line or storage or side by side for more power.
if not.. just a few hints.
you need to do all settungs while the scrubber is stopped (display shows "start" as button). i need about 40-50kw to operate the unmoddified base while growing potatos and running the scrubber at about 10l/h (lights in the base should be on while your insside and the airlocks operate automatically if the base is fully powered).
once you have made your settungs just press start. it will take awhile before you can fill your first bottle of oxygen because the oxygen is taaken from the air inside the base to fill that bottle and it takes quite awhile before there is enough pressure inside the base. (to be honest, i think the devs need to rethink that).
at the beginning i always use the well directly to refill because it uses far less oxygen.
