Anyone run into a borderline gamebreaking bug with melee weapons?

Starting in the sunken temple I got this persistent bug where swapping a melee weapon would sometimes disable the entire melee system because it seems to treat your melee slot as empty but also filled with every weapon at once at full health so you can't pick anything up

yeap, and later the same thing happened to all items such as keys and books, notes etc. reseting my map progress from blue to pink in chapter 4 which was super annoying for completing those lagamagniaps

The only bug I had with map progress was the sitting room off the library that opens to the greenhouse balcony never turning blue no matter how many times I went over it with a fine tooth comb

Not even after I found the playbill in the chair that doesn't appear until Chapter 4

im stuck in chapter 2 as Emily. Game + mode as ive finished it already.

Got the clock working saw the corridor from the talisman. Went into it. The place went dark and sudddenly back to normal. No portal to the next stage. Nothing and stuck in the house and unable to do anything.
