There's like 3% of players that have this achievement - can someone that has it advise how to get it? i did get the collectibles and did wash the painting to learn the sign but did not get any option to 'submit' - is this only available on 2nd playthrough or am i missing something ?

It is bugged. No one in the internet knows how to trigger this ending.
These 3% probably used Steam Achievement Manager.

The objective is glitched. So annoying. I rushed it for nothing. This and One of the Thousand Young (Edward) is glitched as well.

I've gone to the tree and gave the offering, then it says mother will call upon you when it is ready (or something like that) I've explored every single corner in the mansion, prior and after each objective as it progresses in Chapter 4. No luck at all. Did all the same with Emily's Radical Acceptance Ending but same problem.

supak - how did you get the "you can't keep me out" achievment everyone says it's buggy and doesn't work even after multiple attempts....the playstation tracker site says only 2 users in the world have gotten it

Apparently, you CAN get Radical Acceptance, it's just very cryptic about it. Someone made a YouTube video about it but...

After washing the painting, keep playing until you kill Jacob in Greenland/ the snowy area. Then, do not skip the cutscene that happens after. When the Dark Man appears and Emily is talking to him, this is when you're supposed to show him the sign.

Unfortunately, I don't know the controls to do that on PC. On PS5, you're supposed to push the left stick down, and the right stick up, at the same time (so walking backwards and looking up).

Someone supposedly figured this one out too.

After you give the offering, you have to keep playing until you kill Jacob, solve the puzzle, then returned to the ritual in Decerto. At this point, when Edward is looking around, supposedly, you can actually control Edward at this time, and you are supposed to look at Grace until something happens.

Again, take all of this with a grain of salt. This is just what I read.

I tried this way with Emily on xbox and after 5 tries it worked, but it seemed like I moved left stick to left down and right to left up, but I'm not sure. Because at first attempt i heard some sort of watch sound, but nothing was triggered, so after few tries i started random movement.
But thanks for tip anyway, i already was ready to blame devs😅

I can confirm they are not broken because I got them already.
Radical Acceptance and One of the thousand achievements seems only to work with a controller.
I tried with mouse and keyboard 10 times and it didn´t work, then I tried with controller and on the first try it worked.

On PC:
For Carnby, pressing "a" (maybe holding?) after Batiste lets you go triggers that ending. For Emily, pressing "d" (Maybe holding?) when she is facing the Dark Man asking what he wants from her gets her ending.

what about You Can’t Keep Me Out! achievment on playstation only 2 player in the world got it.

If you interacted with the pain thinner, then the last thing you need to do is as follows:
During the cutscene where Emily confronts the Dark Man after returning from the Arctic, there will be a short moment where you can control Emily. Pull to the right.

I followed PowerPyx's collectible guide. Also check your map for doors that get locked again. They seem to be random as luckily I noticed I had to undo the bolt for the doors and extra two times. More than his guide said. So I think it's either bugged or the guides are incomplete. Anyway after every sequence where you are not in the mansion, check the map and make sure to unlock all doors that have the bolt symbol.
