David Harbour is a misscast
David Harbour is completely unsuitable in the role of Edward Carnby. Thank goodness you didn't bring in John Cena.....
David doesn't fit the role of a mustachioed, skinny 18th-19th century detective, as we saw Edward in the first game of the series. Some skinny British actors like Cumberbatch or Jude Law would have been great, mustaches would have suited them perfectly.
But Jodie Comer is perfectly suited to her role, for this find - my respect.

It's a different take on Carnby. I was a big fan of the original game myself, but I'm really liking this new one. It's helped by the fact that the writing is so good and voice acting on point.

It's hard to imagine a 19th century private detective being such a gym-goer; the actor's physique doesn't fit the character at all.

Well, first off the game takes place in the early 20th century. And second off, there was plenty of people back then who looked like that and had that physique. Have you never watched old movies from the 30s?

It's a new game. No reason to stick that close to the old formula. They clearly had something else in mind.
