Look carefully, those are items included in the Digital Deluxe Edition.

It's also available for individual purchase, so you can just buy the DLCs you want—like soundtracks, instead of the buying the whole Digital Deluxe Edition, which is a good thing.

Ah well, it was only ~5USD difference between standard and digital deluxe where I bought, maybe I'll listen to the commentary and check out the filter/soundtrack too

If you have less than 2 hours of game play you can request a refund, then buy the deluxe edition

Bought on GMG, I did buy the digital deluxe. What I meant is that all I was really interested in was one of the DLC's but I'm happy enough with the DD after looking at what else was included too. Especially since the price wasn't that bad.
