Um, it's actually UE4. Sure, it's pretty well optimized but it has horrible traversal and shader compilation stutter. I hope a future patch would address these issues.

Yeah it was present in the demo

Shame they haven't fixed it for final release, and with something like shader stutter I doubt they'll EVER fix it at this point
