Replicating the order may take much more work than just mixing the same elements. You may have to experiment with different elixirs and mutagens to get it correctly.

So, even if they have the same elements, if you make them with elixirs the result may be different.
P.S: I too got a elixir when trying to remake the mixture.
If it had no activator, this was definitely an elixir. Where was it described as mutagen exactly?

Hi,
Talked to QA and it looks like the game describes the elixirs from Dark Web as mutagen wrongly. We had some cases of this in internal tests and we are working on this.
The mixtures on screenshots are of course elixirs, as the have no activator.
