DNA for limbs
How do they work exactly? During the first tutorial I made default limb not realizing you can scroll up and down on the type you wanted. So the limb I replaced was pretty much the same thing. The Second time around where it left you to make your own stuff. I saw that you can switch limbs type. I made a mantis looking arm thing using the same DNA from the 2nd created mutant and placed it on the table to try for the optional objective. The computer is telling incompatible DNA despite it was using the same DNA from the mutant.

Hi,

Sorry for the late reply, the community manager who worked on replies back then probably missed it.

Each mutant has its unique DNA, so it will accept only limbs made from its DNA. If you made a limb from the mutant's DNA and it was incompatible with that mutant, that was probably some kind of bug. The demo build is a much earlier version of the game, so in the final build, there should be no such issues.

alien - DNA or animal - DNA for demi-human/monster-girl- limbs.
Hooves, bull head, wings, mantis clawing,
tauren body, spider body, snake tail instead of 2 legs,
(in alien-mutants-printer)

@dayrador we actually have some of those in one way or another, but surely there is infinite potential - that's why we like the game idea we chose

just came up with another idea.
ranged attack mutant?
acid/toxic spitter
bone splinter (bone bullets gettling) out of the forearm
or a railgun as a forearm?

sorry that I write it here, that were my thoughts on science log 14

it is lucid that speed, armor nigiert.
(example from a character triangle)
speed without strength, reduces endurance.
Armor without strength, reduces speed.
thus, one must always pay attention to the equilibrium of the mixture.

Hi, each mutagen and elixir can have a different effect on stats, but they never lower the stats, only boost them. On the wall next to entrance to the lab chambers you will have a handy note about which stats are affected by which elements.

good to know, and how practical
thought only of the reality aspect,
With 50kg scale plates, is someware slower,
than with a 10kg camouflage skin.
I am really looking forward to grow/building my own monsters

Sometimes I print up a limb with the wrong DNA by accident. How can I check what DNA a limb has after it's been printed?

Hi,

There is no option of checking DNA after printing afaik. I will ask around if we can make some indicators for this.
