Small text bubbles in 4K or 2K

As the title says, the UI Text change sizes have little or no influence on the character text bubbles. For couch gaming they are very hard to read

I had the same problem. The only solution for me was to set the desktop resolution (not the in-game resolution!) to 1080p.
