Feature request: wheel click on the ground to activate the first vision cone that covers it

This was a feature in Commandos. You could mark a point on the ground; the cone of vision of the first guard who saw it would be activated automatically.

It was very useful to find safe points, or just to quickly locate the nearest guard without even looking.
